MeadPierce and Justin Dillon focus on compliance risk to the client.

MeadPierce's approach is, by design, client and risk specific, focused on understanding, calibrating and managing existing and future Qui Tam risk and exposure to the client.  We work with our clients via a Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") where we identify Qui Tam risk through the lens of a former Chief Compliance Officer and whistleblower.  Upon completion of the intake process, we design an engagement schedule that aligns with the client's needs, focused on minimizing disruption, identifying and managing Qui Tam risk.

MeadPierce was founded by Justin Dillon in June of 2021.  Mr. Dillon's professional career spans 27 years in the health care industry.  He is an executive compliance, privacy and consulting leader who possesses extensive breadth and depth of experience across the pharmaceutical, biotech and medicinal cannabis sectors. He is skilled at working with internal and external partners to successfully navigate complex commercial, regulatory and market access environments. 

Mr. Dillon is uniquely suited to work with Board of Directors and Executive Committees to provide Qui Tam education, coaching, and navigational expertise as he was the Relator in U.S. ex rel. Dillon v. Incyte Corp., No. 2:18 -cv-2642 (E.D. Pa.).  Mr. Dillon was a critical and vital partner to the federal government and his own attorneys during their investigation.  The case was ultimately settled in May of 2021.
