MeadPierce's approach is, by design, client and risk  specific, focused on understanding, calibrating and managing existing and future Qui Tam risk and exposure to the client.  

 We work with our clients via a Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") where we identify Qui Tam risk through the lens of a former Chief Compliance Officer and whistleblower.  Upon completion of the intake process, we design an engagement schedule that aligns with the client's needs, focused on minimizing disruption, identifying and managing Qui Tam risk.
